I don't know if it was the time of day but the part of the airport where we returned our rentals was extremely filthy. Trash over flowing the cans and stuff all ovee thw bathroom floors. The other parts were better.

The music is loud and annoying. I put ear plugs in to read and I still can't drown out the noise. :-(

Even though I left in 1999 I've always enjoyed my time at the Anchorage Int. Airport Even when I was working there as a Janitor with the Denali Janitorial Services was mopping the floors, or just passing through sitting at the restaurant eating a good meal, or visiting the bar having a drink. There car rental service are great I remember renting a brand new White Pan Am to drive around town to get my thing together before leaving and they were very helpful and understanding!:*)
